Run an ARC team

An ARC campaign sends advance copies of a book to your review team and tracks what happens, replacing the launch-week spreadsheet. They live under your audience's ARC team.

Running one

  1. Upload the ARC file(s) and create the campaign for the book.
  2. Pick the readers (up to 500 per campaign) and distribute—each gets a personal email with their own download link.
  3. Watch the dashboard: sent → downloaded → reviewed, per reader.

Each reader's download page has a "I've posted my review" button and a field to paste their review link. When the book has an ASIN, readers get a direct "write a review" link into their own Amazon store.

Reminders

One button nudges everyone who hasn't marked themselves as reviewed—readers who've already done their part are never pestered. Send it a few days after release, when reviews can go live.

Suppressed readers are excluded automatically, and re-running a distribution never double-sends—safe to click again after adding late joiners to the roster.
